| That's why I about lost it the other day when Meat asked someone on another site if they knew anything about lyrics, then went on to tell them how awful "Man of Steel" was. I started to reply, "No, I don't know anything about lyrics, do you?" He actually had the gall to say he recorded a horrible song with terrible lyrics and sold it to his fans, then lectured them on how bad it was and how they knew nothing about lyrics. I think HCTB would have been phenomenal with good lyrics, everything else the vocals, production, musicianship, etc. is first rate the you get the words to some of those songs and it pulls the whole thing down. No wonnder that one songwriter changed his name in the credits to "T. Driggers". > Smith & Jones' interpretation of Meat performing a > Jim-esque song. Ironically the lyrics are actually better > than 99% of Hang Cool Teddy Bear. > | |
