| I dont hate Meat Loaf, I'm not in the business of of hating anyone, least of all people who I don't know. However, I am also not in the business of sugar coating things widely regarded a fact, things such as his new album not selling so well, the mistakes he has made and the hardships he's had to to go through (Which I was talking about when I mentioned failures). If that makes me a hater then so be it, but it was NOT and will never be my intention. I'm a fan of Meat as well as Jim, I love Bad Attitude and Welcome to the Neighborhood, did these have Jim's involvement? No, and they were better for it, as it let Meat progress as an artist outside of Jim's vision's. When i talked about him lowering his expectations this wasn't a dig at him, at it stands Rock simply doesn't sell at the moment, were fresh in a new decade so that may well change, I hope so, and I hope Meat can capitalize on that. > You're not bashing him? And I quote: > > "Hang Cool Teddy Bear failed..." > > "I ask this because, despite the issues I have with > him..." > > "...do feel sorry for him when he fails, which > unfortunately his often." > > "What else has he got left, guest spots on trash TV like > House or a bit part in an Uwe Bowel movie." > > "...only lowered his expectations..." > > "his days of being an A list elite are, at least for the > time being, over." > > I should have just copied the whole thing, it would have > been easier. > > And what do you think would come from this thread on this > forum?
