No, that's Julie's father, Bryan. We shared several interests including photography, computers and space, so we got on well. Actually I was probably closer to him than to my own father (we never got on). He died in 2004 from a heart attack.
Bryan's surname was Cloud, so when I started the hobby I named the payloads after him. This one was CLOUD3, and I decided to put his picture on the outside so he could, in spirit at least, fly along for the ride.
