| you say 'a record company' but the rights to the songs are owned by several. Sony has the stuff off Bat, Dead Ringer, Faster and Secret Dreams, Virgin has the Pandora's Box and Bat 2 stuff (in the UK at least) and that's just some of the stuff that might be considered!
