| Thanks for sharing this JD. Jim & Lou are two of my favourite artists, so it's great to hear Jim talking in such glowing tones of The Velvets. I wonder if Jim knows that Roy Bittan played grand piano on Lou's Finish Line (dedicated to his late friend & Velvets' guitarist Sterling Morrison). It's on the Set the Twilight Reeling album and remains a shiver down the spine moment for me. To hear Bittan's Steinman-like piano over Lou's New York rock'n'roll drawl was magical.
