Hi, how is your environmental group going? How is your essay?
I don't know much about copyright process but there are apparently two areas to look into, and since you are in Canada you can't be guided by American copyright laws. You have to seek out your Canadian laws by googling it into your browser, "Canada copyright" and see how that goes.
There are also International Copyright standards.
What works as copyright in America may not work for copyright in Canada. What about asking one of your teachers?
