Well david Sonnenberg (that's Jim's manager right?) for me counts as Jim. On this occasion. Because any objection raised would I think be legitimate. I mean, does "working with Jim" actually mean Jim gets to produce the way Way jim produces this time? That was the origin of the Bat 3 problem, wasn't it?
