I 'aint surprised.

The song is soooo average, but then the production of Bat 3 makes everything sound so generic, average & old.

I think Virgin have given up, as the promotion of this single was very lacklustre. You can't really blame them though, as it must be hard to try & polish a turd.

I wonder who chose the single? Meat? Diane Warren had it in her contract? It seems an odd choice from what they had?

Also saw Bat 3 (plus extra disc) in Tesco today, in the 'bargain' section, for £6.73 (about $11.00), so Tesco seem to have given up as well.

Having said all that, I don't think Meat gives a shit anymore about single sales. He (like most artists nowadays) is making his money from touring & merchandise, hence yet another tour.

What is the biggest shame about the Bat 3 project, is that Jim seemed to be so keen to provide ALL NEW songs, and from what we've heard, some of the stuff would have been great (Body, Children etc)!

Roll on the Bat musical !!
