I managed to get the single song download of this performance from the Cleveland offering, and listened to it for the first time since that tour....I saw one performance in New Jersey in 1979, I'm thinking February of that year. I never listened to any of the live recordings before, and only recently have been hearing some recordings of live performances here. The drama play that is in this performance is more involved, more vocal, between Meat and Karla, and comical. "I'll take the AMC Pacer! I'll take the baby!" "We don't have a baby!" "Well, I'll get one, you big lug!" LOL
So enjoyable. The only performances I really have an interest in hearing are those when Jim was on the tour and onstage with Meat. I don't otherwise really listen to Meatloaf at all. I'm not that kind of fan :).
