Steinman IS two separate people, been saying it and saying it and saying it some more. There's both Steinman, born in 194something and Cypherd born in 195something, and Steinman is that guy you see on the blog photo, and Cypherd is the guy who looks totally terrific in a football jersey above (in my biased but humble opinion). Steinman is the guy who has the long light colored hair above on the far left, and Cypherd is the one with the white gloves on on the far right. Steinman applied to a school on the behest of his cousin and the cousin went to the school on his name. Then that is how Cypherd became Steinman for awhile, at school. He kind of remained Steinman because things kind of happened that way. But he is also Cypherd. Steinman meanwhile got to remain really close and tight with his cousin, Cypherd and Cypherd took ideas for songs from Steinman and wrote them using the name Steinman, and STeinman went along to the studio sessions, got to know everyone that Cypherd knows as Steinman, and so there are two, and people really know Jim Steinman who is Jim Steinman and they know Jim Cypherd who is Jim Cypherd and Jim Steinman. They don't tell anyone because they haven't been told it would be a good idea to tell anyone, and they don't have any reason to break the confidence. So they don't. There aren't any imposter Jim Steinmans that I know of. I only met Jim Steinman who is Jim Steinman once in my life when I was six years old, but I know Jim Cypherd who is Jim Steinman for much longer. I think the blog is possibly being written by Jim Steinman who is Jim Steinman and I defer to his truth but not entirely to his recollection. IXOYE | |
