| I was thinking this over on my bike this morning (you got do do something), and I was wondering: In the case of improvising during the final minutes of Rock and Roll Dreams, is that the part where they keep jamming on the same riff over and over with Meat singing some lines over it, more or less like they do on the Storytellers DVD? 'Cause I would hardly call that improvising. They've been playing that extended jam for ages. The only time I have seen Meat truly improvise was when they tried to play "I'd Lie For You" in Amsterdam in 2003, and that was a totally unrehearsed trainwreck. Anyway, let me refrain from further comments until I've seen the damn thing. If it doesn't arrive before thursday, it'll have to wait 'til I'm back from mu holiday. > Pudding, you will be proven wrong when you listen to the > final minutes of Objects or Rock & Roll Dreams or the > middle part of Frying Pan on the DVD (if you decide not > only to talk about it, but to purchase it this time). > > MM > | |
