Phil Ramone also worked with Andrew Lloyd Webber on the Broadway production of "Starlight Express" and the concept album that was released at that time, which is pretty interesting and should still be available. But when I checked Phil's website and the list of artists that he'd worked with, Andrew's name wasn't there.
