thanks for the messages, I have been sitting on this for a few years now but with Meatloaf collapsing recently, kind of scared me, we've lost too many legends recently, so I dug this out of the drawer. I really need to find a producer/ director who can advise me where to go next. I've contacted APRA here to enquire about getting permission and they pretty much told me to go away, its my first script, so I really don't think I'm going to be lucky enough to sell it to someone, But I think this play like this could carry on in the tradition all ready started by Mama Mia and We Will Rock You and enjoy huge success around the world, I don't want to use the original recordings, I have some backing tracks for a small theatre production and of course have the cast sing the lyrics live and for a large show I'd really prefer to use a live band.
