Yes, and I want also to emphasize the point that we are dealing with issues that have been publicly related and which I do not, as a not-all-that-detached observer, do question as to its reliability. I think what we face is a partitioning of squabbles, more aptly measurable than rights. I like the Lord of Negotiations, but the Lord of Friendship has to get first dibs! :)
