Meat sells out pretty consistently, which is an accomplishment for any act these days, so I'm told. Record charts are more the has-beens than the individual artists, I've heard, because the genres are not separated, and there are genres selling more than the rock we know and love. The alternative distribution channels also make it more difficult to track sales, and new methods need to be established. Meat does not have the characteristics of being a has-been even if the album can't chart on a top 100 that includes all the other stylistic and commodities.

The most amazing thing about show business is that it is about who the audiences like, not about winning a Julliard School Vocal Competition.

The thing that concerns me the most about any prospect of Meat and Jim working together is their lack of direct communication with one another, whatever they shall decide that communication should lead to. Meat didn't do altogether bad by stating his position publicly, but he needs to actually talk to Jim.
