The reason why I say this is because it was a childhood problem of mine, that between 1963 and 1964 I was not able to sleep without some form of light on, and it happened that talking about this with Jim gave me the solution to relax and be without the light. He told me I could imagine the light is on. Brilliant! Just turn out the light and I'll be left in the dark again. | |
