1) Jim Cypherd aka Jim Steinman, and I would also assume to some extent Jim Steinman aka Jim Steinman are more socially and professionally disbursed throughout the music world than the works may show publicly, or the news may show. However, it is a well known fact (to me) that the Jims are affiliated with KISS for many years. Through Jim C's close friendship and professional relationship with the band and most visibly with Ace, whose apartment he purchased from him in New York City, a fact mentioned on this website. As a close knit group that KISS is, one could very easily assume that the Jims would have personal/empathetic/friendly concerns for the welfare of anyone in that band. And as well, those in mnay other areas of music as well. Ace Frehley acted as one of our angels to help bring me and Jim C together. So, I know how close they are and Jim C has mentioned having dinner meetings with Ace since then as well. 2) The elements on the Propaganews site are many that influence what successes and chiefly what failures that the Jims have had, why they put most of their energies to overseas productions, and so it is not irrelevant even though it is not directly a topic that should concern them. In this case, and in many cases in life, what should not be overlapping between divergences, do overlap between divergences. Politely with deference to those interested only in Jim-mentions, I use the term "NJC" but, these NJC's are relevant to and of interest to, the Jims, at least half of that pair. Then too, if you have an interest in it, you have the chance to read it as well. As for Markus' grandfather, I think it is perfectly fine for he to give out a little bit of personal insight into what is happening in his own life and concerns, and I don't have a problem with that, even if he did cuss me out after my sympathetic reply. Maybe he didn't like it that I mentioned myself in a relating, but that is sometimes just my style and I do not mean to offend. I just wanted to explain that when one goes through the same kind of thing, one feels for the other all that much more. And his grandmother turning 92, I think is great. If you are all so close knit that you try to hide your friendships, that is sham-like, and even though you have emails, the group level is particularly more efficient rather than sending broadcast emails to everyone. I've had hundreds of friends in the past who made newsletters they distributed and had their personal stuff on it. I think having your friendships and hiding your friendships is something akin to deception anyway, because strangers think you are not emotionally bonded to one another. You are all very emotionally bonded to one another, and that is something that is a fact on this board. But the bit about the goldfish was ridiculous. | |
