| I am calling truce with anyone who has any issues with me. I don't care if you don't feel the same way, I don't want to fight with you. Bottom line. The end. Conclusion. And climax. So I was thinking, and I don't know if this question has ever been asked before (if it has, sue me) but what's your favourite Stein-recording COMPLETELY off the top of your head? Don't even give it a second though, just say it. Now. I'd have to say "Bat Out Of Hell II" but it's always crossed with "Tanz Der Vampire". Tanz has to be the most extreme awesome Steinman "audio" experience, especially if you've heard a lot of his work beforehand. But BAT II still gets to me. I know it has some flaws (i.e. "Good Girls Go To Heaven" etc., Meat's vocals sounding too good) but there's something about it that's... I can't describe it. And how come "Loving You's A Dirty Job" was never covered or brought back? :( | |
