Great series on SkyArts (UK) at the moment called Songbook.
Bascially songwriters talk about their career (rather than just one specific album) and play 6-7 songs.
The other night Albert Hammond was featured (see short clip at link). Great writer who wrote (amongst many others) One Moment In Time, When You Tell Me That You Love Me, Air That I Breathe and one of my fave Tina Turner songs, Be Tender With Me Baby.
Show is repeated at 8pm tonight on SkyArts 1 in UK (if anyone is interested).
Be cool if Jim considered doing this show.
BTW - Hammond worked on Bitterblue for Bonnie Tyler in the early 90's and I read an article were she wanted him to co-write with Jim for her next album. Hammond stated he loved Jim's writing and wanted to do it, but it presumably never happened.
