Yeah, I actually think the whole "I was ___ and you were ___" mantra could fit quite well with the Peter/Wendy lost-boys-never-grow-up theme. I think all the lyrics would fit, just change the line at the end from "for giving me a child when my body is old" to "for giving me a hand and a body to hold."
