I think you're wrong there. Take a closer look:

"I was lost 'til you were found," "I was damned and you were saved," and other contrasting lines illustrate Peter and Wendy's strange relationship, where she gets older but he is the Lost Boy doomed to be young forever.

"Oh give me just another moment to see the light of the day, and take me to another land where I don't have to stay" is another appropriate line. The first part goes back to "Bat Out of Hell" where he has to leave before the morning light. The second part is obvious: he is stuck in Neverland where he can't grow older.

"And I'm gonna need somebody to make me feel like you do." When Wendy gets old and can't be with Peter anymore, he's going to need someone else, but he still wants her. Although in Jim's Neverland, he ends up growing old with Wendy and having kids, which is a deviation from the original story where Wendy sends her daughter. What it really comes down to is whether Peter never gets out of Neverland (original version) or if he does (Jim's version). Either way he's damned, but he'd rather be damned with her.

The only line that doesn't fit is "for giving me a child when my body is old," although as I stated above, in Jim's version of the story he actually does get old and they actually do have kids. If Jim ends up following the story more closely, he could change the line to something like "for giving me a hand and a body to hold" or even just "for giving me a child when your body is old." As above, it comes down to which ending he uses.

The rest of the ending also contains contrasting lines to illustrate the differences between them: "for taking in the rain when I'm feeling so dry," "for taking in the sun when I'm feeling so cold," etc. The last one, "for praying for my future in the days that remain," is especially poignant.
