Meat Loaf did. In the lawsuit where Meat was suing Jims ass for $50Million, he claimed he had equal rights to the name Bat Out Of Hell as he'd co-written some of the songs from the albums. Only Loafers and the clinically insane actually believe Meat Loaf.
