I am worried about President Obama's fall in popularity. It seems like only yesterday that he could do no wrong.
The worst possible side effect of a dip in Obama's ratings would be if the polls encouraged Sarah Palin to run for the White House in 2012. With no liberal Republicans to challenge her, she might just get the nomination. And with her ability to appeal to the common man, she might just beat Obama. Scary stuff.
