Smells like a bit of bullshit to me.
Dianne Warren only ever had her grubby paws on one song and she's never been fully credited properly on any of the other albums Meat has done with a song of hers on. I don't think she's in it for the name recognition.
I believe the record company thought that because she's had more hits than all the others, she's worth a punt with her song being released as a single.
