| I was only on anti-depressants for a relatively short amount of time, and my memory is that I hated every moment of it. There was something distinctly missing from everything. No lows, but no highs either. There was hardly any point to my existance; I couldn't feel anything. Well, not properly. Not enough fire. My feeling is that if you're depressed about anti-depressants, there's really no advantage to taking them, is there? Stop taking them, and sleep for about 3 days straight. Being unconcious means a lot of side-effects will probably be a lot less noticeable, plus it gives your body space to readjust itself back to normal. Oh and mix with people. It's extremely important. Your libido should return gradually a few days after you come off them. Or maybe a little longer. But it will be back! I recently suffered a long bout of illness (like, about a month) and lost mine and it was horrible... I'd take any amount of vertigo and headaches etc to get that back! I mean, those are just minor physical inconveniences in comparison... | |
