As per my cunning plan, you posted first whilst Julie and I were driving home, thus saving me the bother of posting my comments :-) I should add that according to the programme, Jim is currently working on a Batman musical and is opening DotV in New York next year, so either I have accidentally stepped into a time tunnel back a decade, or Jim's write-up hasn't been updated in that time ...
