Ummm... is it my faulty memory or was "Elvis in Vegas" one of the songs originally recorded for Bat 3?

I remember a photo of a load of pieces of paper with song titles on it, and I think it included "Elvis in Vegas" and "Echo" (as well as "Whore" and "Black Betty" which were b-sides).

I still wonder what happened to "Echo"... didn't someone say it was an instrumental reprise of Heaven Can Wait?
