I think you're mixing a couple of things up. If I rememeber correctly (which I might not!) the other track from Bat 3 was I Wanna Be With You or something similar.
When the track listings were put on HMV.com or Play or whoever they listed a final track of Echo/Heaven Can Wait. It turned out they'd used an old Very Best Of page and altered it. They had classed the wind effects at the start of HCW as an echo for some reason.
