I think the main problem with Bat 3 & HCTB is that they were 'controlled' by Meat Loaf, and in turn he is compromising what the producers/songwriters can/want to do. Meat has said himself he's not much cop at writing songs, nor has he produced much, yet I feel he was constantly 'contributing' on both these projects. It's understandable, as they are his albums, but his best work seems to be when he just sings, and leaves the creation to someone else. The other main problem with Bat 3, is that they called it Bat 3, and it therefore had a lot to live up to (which it didn't). > "Dude, listen to it! It's just horrible.
