I would imagine that the song Bat out of Hell would have to come at the end of the musical as there is a crash and a death maybe of the central character, I have always thought that For Cryin out Loud would make a logical follow-on song with the lyrical content but it makes more sense that a woman would be singing it about the man who died. Just something that popped into my mind as I had it programmed this way in my car listening to it coming to work.
