| I wasn't a fan of the advert either. These "investors" or "executive producers" sound rather curious. They designed the website? Surely a website designer would have done that rather than a bunch of investors (although looking at said website, perhaps not). Why did they throw £50,000 at the project and then just walk away? Seems like very strange business practise to me. Assuming that what you say is correct, this still leaves further questions unanswered. What was the advert meant to achieve? If the show was nowhere near opening, then what was the point of it? Surely the producer must have okayed the ad - I'm assuming these "investors" didn't just do it off their own back - so why was it felt necessary to advertise a show that was nowhere near being complete? I'd also reiterate my earlier question: 3,000 people signed up to the "oficial" website and did not hear a word. Do you think this makes them more likely or less likely to respond to the next advertising drive? It's all very well blaming these mystery "investors" for the website shambles, but the producer was in situ when it happened and should be doing something to put it right. After all, those 3.000 people neither know nor care who set the site up. > At the time of the ad I did say that Jim created the > artwork for both the ad and the website.
