Well anyone who sets up a site can do what the hell they want with it, so if that means Pud is allowed to ban Mr. Egg and Dave has no problem with that then what are you going to do? These sites are not a democracy. Why should they be when you don't pay for them?
I would ban him too if I owned a forum and I would do so on the basis of how he conducts himself here.
