Not all of them. Posters are comparing "BOOH" to "DOTV" but there were loads of people with artistic input when they put "DOTV" up (like Michael Crawford, for example). "BOOH" is a very unusual musical becuase it is being completely created by one genius. The producers, the director, the production designer, the choreographer and others have to do every thing they can to turn the wonderful vision of Obsidian into a reality. That is not easy. There will be creative and financial problems all the way up to opening night. ALW and Hal Prince were still working on creative problems when "Phantom" opened. ALW and Cameron Mackintosh almost went to jail because they still had finacial problems when "Cats" opened. The musical is unusual but financial and creative problems are not. I can't really talk about financial backing. The new executive producer (who concentrates on finance) is dealing with that side of things.
