Good question. Wish he´d focused more on both things - songwriting AND the stage.
There must be some video out there were he "performed" RARDCT "live" on some German (?) TV show in the early 80´s. Maybe someone can find it because I wasn´t able to.

Btw, I think his voice sounded better than Meats when he did his demos...
