Completely overlooked your question actually...
I guess he is on about these lyrics:
"I built this prison that I thought was a home
And we both lived here
Guess you were living alone
I'd tear it down if you would only have asked
And I would build you a bridge
So you could come back"
They are quite cheesy lyrics I guess.
the "both lived here / guess you were living alone" perhaps doesn't make much sense. However It could be interpreted as a type of unrequited love, in saying the guy physically lived there but was never there for the girl to love her properly? Something like that.
The next three lines seem to be saying "well you should have complained at the time bitch and now it's too late because I am too weak"
I wouldn't say these are the worst lines Meat has sung. Something from the 80s would seem to fit that bill better I would have thought.
