| Nah, Bonnie still has it, but she sure needs some new material... not sure how many rehashes of Total Eclipse I can handle, nothing beats the original...!! Dunno who Jim should work with... Jim and Lady Gaga might be an interesting combo... I'm sure he could compose a song to go with that meat-suit... I wouldn't mind seeing another mix of Jim and Andrew Lloyd Webber... And I sure wish someone would fork up the cash for a REAL English version of Tanz... or an even more serious effort in the Dream Engine... Perhaps Margoshes has a production on a shelf somewhere that Jim could blow new life into... the possibilities must be endless... but yes, I do seem to aim for Jim doing more theater work... as for working with Meat again... perhaps I am wrong in my harsh judgement... perhaps rather than losing respect for Jim... I should be impressed that the man is a bigger person than I am and is capable of forgiving more than I ever could... funny, that, since it is not mine to forgive... but hey, I guess we all become a bit too attached and protective of our idols... Let us, when we read each other's posts, not forget that Jim does not write music that appeals to those who are whole at heart... that most of us here have been hurt, damaged, injured, abused, insulted, neglected, and whatever else you can insert in that row... I know I have... I also know that I am the woman I am today mostly because of Jim's music. I can honestly say that, if it had not been for Rock 'n Roll Dreams and Total Eclipse, I would not be sitting here today writing this. Am I aware of the fact that my obsession with Jim and his music has unhealthy tendencies... yes I am Am I aware of the fact that I let my emotions rule my at times and often end up saying things I should not say because it is not my place to say them... yes, I am Am I proud of who I am today, of how far I have come, of that I have lived as long as I have and the way I have... yes, I am... Am I expecting for you guys to understand this when I 'go off' again?? Yes, I do... I sort of expect most of you die hards to be connected to Jim and his music the way I am... which is why I put up with so much crap from most of you... and still stick around... because, hey... you sure are the only people who get who I am and why... even if you don't know the details For those of you who require an appology... stuff it. This is who I am, this is how I feel... sometimes, for about 5 minutes, Life is a Lemon. sometimes, for about 5 minutes, Rock 'n Roll Dreams do Come True sometimes, for about 5 minutes, Heaven CAN Wait sometimes, for about 5 minutes, Tyre Tracks makes total sense sometimes, for about 5 minutes, all of Jim's songs have a place in my heart, in my mind, in my life... fortunately, life is a roller coaster, you go up as often as you go down... if not more often... when you live life as intensely as I do... your highs are huge... and your lows are even more so... hard to live with.. yes... worth it in the end... Totally, cause it is who I am, and if there's anything I've learned in life it's to be true to who I am... unfortunately, that also means sticking my foot in my mouth on regular occasions... if I have offended anyone with my way of posting, I apologize for that. I never intend to hurt anyone with what I do, but unfortunately casualties do occur... that said... get used to it, get over it, or just skip over it... -K- still working on looking on the bright side of things... she has very little experience there... | |
