If you define "the Dead Ringer tour" as the "the touring done in 1981 and '82," then no. As there are at least the Wembley and Dortmund shows then.
Also, the article says "Jim Steinman wrote all of the songs, but had little else to do with the album." If that's to be true, the credits are lying when they say, "Basic tracks except "Read 'Em and Weep and "Dead Ringer for Love" produced by Jimmy Iovine and Jim Steinman."
