| My thanks to you, and the others for your sympathies. Normally it`s not something I post publically about, but the question happened to be posed on the 1 year anniversary, and being a rather raw time I felt it was such a true, primal thing to say. That Jim Steinman wrote stuff that applies to our lives and makes us feel less alone in the world. Funny - my husband was British too, and I`m from Canada. We lived about half our marriage in UK and half in Canada. Our son was two and a half. My husband wasn`t as big of a Steinman fan as me, but still appreciated a lot of his work. And some very bemused stories; about working as a DJ for hospital radio in the UK, and Total Eclipse being banned from the radio due to the sensitivities that some people in the cardiac ward apparently had. But then when they started taking requests, they ended up being forced to play it due to the huge demand! I could go on. But I`ll desist. Thanks guys. Andrea > So sorry for your loss, Rakae.
