This is very interesting, I'm myself writing a musical at the moment, I just graduated and I'm planning on spending years 2012-2013 with the show. I have high hopes for it, though finding sponsors won't be easy...Finland isn't the most fruitful place for musicals.

I am so sorry for your loss. One of the carrying themes of my thing is losing a loved one and coping with the loss, and let's just say that it's heavily based on my own life. You're not alone with your pain.

How lovely! As it happens, I've covered some Tanz hits myself and I'm working on a Gier cover at the moment.
