At first I was just a Meat Loaf fan. I knew the songs on the Bat albums were by Jim Steinman, but I didn't care. It wasn't until I got Bad For Good and heard Jim's version of Left In The Dark that I got really interested in Jim Steinman. Then I decided to look for more Steinman music and that led me to Air Supply, Pandora's Box and Bonnie Tyler. Now I rarely listen to Meat Loaf's non-Steinman stuff.
