Hi there. There is proof that Meat made the statement. But the statement is itself only an indication of desire to have Jim do the production. If Jim WANTS to do the production, then I'm certain that Jim would be delighted by the news. However, the statement did not say that Meat had spoken to Jim, be Jim the drummer, ice-cream vendor, or producer, and did not say that Jim had spoken to Meat. What it could say, most levitiously is, "Please don't sue that guy, I want to work with him, for crissakes!"

What else it implies, is that Meat understands his work is best when Jim is at the controls.


Whatever reasons existed for Jim's distance from BAT3, may or may not still exist. That was not referenced.
