By way of introduction, there are the two fictional characterizations, one of a man who plays in contemporary creativity by being someone whose name was not his when he was born, and is called Sal Piro, and one of a woman pictured with her husband in the royal regalia as the Baron and Baroness of Arn Hold in their SCA universe, her being called Baroness Rachel Ravenlock. This is Thaya Kibbee, and her husband is something Schaeffer, his first name escapes me for the moment whom I have never met, so she is Thaya Schaeffer with him in actual life, in Boise, Idaho. Their coat of arms has been taken off of the SCA website for some reason, and they state that they are in the process of overhauling their site, but kept their site intact. So here is a brother and sister, this Sal Piro, and Thaya Kibbee Schaeffer, who together are the power of and the creative force of the entire worldwide Rocky Horror Cult. She started this thing under my very nose in 1976. And in 1976, it was a whole other person who she introduced me to as Sal Piro. > > > > | |
