Meat can't improvise, he says he can but he can't. He rambles some shit out that makes no sense, and swears alot at people, which isn't improvising at all.
It would be great if he did improvise, then his shows wouldn't be the same old mindnumbingly stale dull setlist he's been churning out for years.
