I'm confused about what really happened on that album. Just like I'm still confused if Jim produced "A.L.O. aka Quest for the Key" for Asia or not. I have it here in my playlist and it's part of the Steinman folder, but I'm not sure if he actually produced it, and Evil Nickname doesn't have the lyrics at his site. Hmmm.... But I do remember Jim saying on "The other side of the tracks", the interview from 1984, that he and Jimmy Iovine basically agreed to leave the album by mutual consensus, I'm not sure why, I can't really remember that bit, because they were having difficulty with Meat singing? > > It's hard enough dealing > > with all these songs from "Dead ringer" that could have > > been bigger than they were. > > But did Jim have the same attitude towards the "Dead > Ringer" songs that he had towards the "Bat 2" songs?
