I have a curiosity what kind of thinking is behind the practise I find on the board of people approaching those who have worked with Jim to get information from them about works that were 1) in the past 2) didn't pan out or 3) were rumored, and their relationships with them: did they like working with Jim? Did they not like working with Jim? Did Jim pay them? Did Jim try to control you? Did Jim like your mother? Did Jim this did Jim that, and what did you think of Jim? By the way, what did you think of Jim? And what bad did he do to you? And how did you feel about that? And what did you think of Jim?

Why? There are those who glee at glints of possible plaigerisms by Jim...wooopeee! We love him so much he peed in the pool and we are here to tell about it...because we found this and think this and wonder, gee, did Jim steal that, and what should we think of Jim? What do you think of Jim?

I am asking. It is a long standing phenomenon that goes unasked, unchecked, unquestioned, and un-defended by Jim. You'd ban me to prevent my asking it. But what do you think of Jim?

Moreover, put it this way. You don't want your prospective girl or boyfriends or husbands or wives going to each one of your past and present co-workers and past employers, and ask, what do you think of..........do you?

What would you call it, if she/he did?
