| I have met Lorraine Crosby and asked her about this, and the impression I got was that she recorded a demo, and later parts of it were then included in the final mix, but she didn't get paid any extra. May I just stress (in case anything I've said may be considered libellous) that this is the IMPRESSION I got, but I cannot remember her exact words. I might have gotten things a little mixed up over time.
