The problem with insiders is that they just don't have the same appreciation for what the fans appreciate as the fans do. Those family members probably were there on the obligatory note of participation and talking on their cellphones was the way they got through it. My condolences. Being in the VIP section isn't all its cracked up to be.

I'm hysterically stoked by this but my alter ego was not there!! At least she got the common thread right even if she couldn't get the name right. Sometimes it takes being a little bit crazy to be a little bit right. :)

How the hell could this actually happen? What's the problem?

I'm tellin' ya, there's an element of turds at work undermining all this. So, what's Meat Loaf's problem with synching to the band....do you think the band was out of synch from Meat?

I do. That's part of a heart condition. Wtf is he doing performing if he's got that kind of problem? I guess nohody but he knows what that is about. Medication? This seems too strange.

That's probably overcompensation and making light, not wanting to say what the problem really is. This may put new meaning to the phrase, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach.

I think it is a case of a band not following his timing. A band's got to take the lead from him, not leave him to flounder. They need to make him look good, not make him look moronic. They could make or break a singer. Don't blame Meat, he is a perfectionist for his performance and probably mortified at what happened, fully aware of how awful it was.
Even though I'm still upset about the damned lawsuit, I know he isn't deserving of being destroyed by a pithy band onstage. Messing someone up like this could do things to anyone's memory on the spot...maybe he was in shock they were playing like that.

He gave them a what's-for Texas style, and then hit back hard. Good for him.

He'll fire a few asses, and that will take care of the hot pepper problem.

Sounds like you had an interesting time. Look forward to hearing about the Boston show.
