Ah. I don't think he is talking about firing the musicians. He shouldn't have said "everyone". I was worried about the poor old musicians because it wasn't their fault that he went ahead with TMIL. As for those that he did fire, TMIL not working wasn't their fault either. There was no way that TMIL was going to work without Jim's involvement.
