Something slightly similar to this was attempted a few years back. Upon Jim beginning his blog he regularly would use it to interact with fans from this site, discussing topics from Bat 3 to horror movies. Then it became a vehicle for mostly his political opinion and finally ended altogether. Word went around that some posters here posted some negative things that upset Jim, which could have in deed been the case. I think it was more a higher up, an agent intervened.
