I can't speak for anyone else but, as a lover of music theatre, I'd have discovered Jim through there if he didn't write BAT. A guy like Jim wouldn't have gotten nowhere, no matter what he did. In a way I wish he had stuck with theatre and taught Andrew Lloyd Webber a lesson or two.
